My Life January has ended! Phewww, that was fast… Btw, I would like to thank my customers (mostly my friends… lol), especially those who made repeated orders, thank you so much for all the support and trust you’ve given me. I’ll continue to give my best.

UnPretentiousMe Yup, I’m officially a member of Core Fitness (refer to my previous post here). Signed up for a 1 year membership with my sis and took the Couple’s Promotion which is way cheaper than the monthly payments (12 months commitment). Which save me RM260! Towels are provided for free (not for bringing home tho). *Joining a gym is the best and natural diet aids ever

Oh, forgot to tell you guys that this promotion included 4 free training sessions with a personal trainer (PT). If you wish to continue with the PT after the 4 sessions is over, you need to pay extra for that It is either 10, 20 or 30 sessions and it will cost you RM700, RM1300 and RM1800 respectively. Btw, my PT is none other than Mr Justin Sompong, former Mr. Asia (baru juga sa tau ni… lol). Correction : His son actually…. ha ha ha… Mr John
Can’t wait to join the Tae Bo (boxing workout) class tomorrow. But before that, need to meet up with Mr Lim to discuss on some business proposal… yeah rite!

UnPretentiousMe Anyone know where to get a cheaper car insurance? I really don’t have any idea since I don’t own a car. Ehemmmm, actually I do own one but the car is not with me. I just put in my name as the owner of the car and someone else’s pay for it. Not a wise decision! *arghhh….* Lesson learnt ~ Never put someone else’s name when buying house, car… etc… no matter how much you “LOVE” each other… now (or the other way around).
Anyone interested to buy a black Naza Sutera 1.0cc Manual (year 2006)? Please leave your message in the comment section.

Will make time to stop by at Gunung Mas coz my friend (devil twin) asked me to help her to pass something to his brother who is working as a cook there. Been there last Sunday and her brother showed us around the place. Whoaaaa… I could not believe what I saw. The place is so run down and poorly maintained. You can’t hardly seen any rfi shielding materials around. But I heard that the new management will do some make over to the place. What a relief!
Oh, btw. I managed to bake one very beautiful Cotton Soft Japanese Cheesecake ;p Very light and fluffy. Will bring some for the crew… he he he!

Useful Info Went to Core Fitness City Mall last week to have a look at the place (consider becoming a member) and was entertained by this guy, Oliver. He did a good job by telling us (my sis and I) what we need to know especially the benefits of being a member there such as a free use of the locker, steam, sauna, and shower facilities. They also offer services such as Personal Training, Self-defense (MMA) workshops, Dietary Counseling, and Chiropractic Services.
Too bad that I didn’t manage get a good look at the fitness equipment that they have there. Only the Exercise Bike can be seen from the outside. I have no doubt about their equipment since I know (from their website) that this fitness centre is the largest and most complete fitness centre in East Malaysia with the size of 17,315 sq. ft.
As for me, I’m more interested in joining their group exercise programs such as BODYBALANCE, BODYJAM, BODYSTEP, and RPM. Looking forward to join in the TAE BO® (cardio-boxing workout), Cardio Dance (dance-based class), Belly Jam (belly dance movements with modern dance) and Latin Mix (Samba! Salsa! Merengue! Mambo!) classes coz I love to dance! Yaiii…
